2. User will not post any images, text or content of any kind of a sexually explicit nature.

3. Get Beauty Tips.com reserves the right to remove offensive or illegal content at any time without warning.

4. User agrees to use any and all content on GetBeautyTips.com for purposes of a personal, non-commercial nature only.

5. In consideration for the investment to create GetBeautyTips.com and the opportunity to use and participate in GetBeautyTips.com, you hereby assign to GetBeautyTips.com (a subsidiary of JoyLife Therapeutics, Inc., a Colorado Corporation) the copyright in any material that you create and submit for inclusion and/or use on GetBeautyTips.com. GetBeautyTips.com hereby licenses back to you a nonexclusive, royalty free right to use any such material.You further warrant that you have all rights necessary to authorize the distribution and re-distribution of any material you submit for inclusion or use on GetBeautyTips.com. You will provide information that we reasonably request related to any claim that material you submit infringes the rights of a third party. 

6. If this agreement is breached at any time by any party GetBeautyTips.com retains all legal rights including copyright to any material submitted to and/or appearing as content of GetBeautyTips.com or any part thereof.

7. This agreement is binding and shall be in force for the duration of the life of the content.

8. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be deemed or construed by the parties or any third party to create the relationship of principal and agent, partnership or joint venture, employer-employee or create any association between GetBeautyTips.com and any user.

9. GetBeautyTips.com reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time for any reason.
