Editorial Policy
Please Follow All Policies Here - They are strictly enforced for the good of you and all other users.
All titles and descriptions must be written objectively! Any title or description that uses words like "best, greatest, coolest, worst, number one, world's only" will be rejected.
Example of a rejected link:
Title "The Best Clothing Store for Women's Dresses Anywhere"
Body "This cool shop has more dresses at lower prices than anyone else."
Writing Titles:
1. Titles Should Be In Title Case (NOT ALL CAPS)
2. Titles should reflect the name of the webpage linked to. If it is not the main page of the site list the main name first and the page you are linking to second - In this format: Coco Chanel - Spring Couture
Writing Descriptions:
1. Most importantly - use an objective writing style, anything that sounds like an ad, like it's too good to be true won't make the cut.
2. Be sure to include some keywords, but don't stuff it. Keyword lists will not be accepted.
3. Use complete sentences and correct grammer.
Categorization
Important: Proper categorization is the most important feature of this directory - for all users. When submitting a listing please pay close attention to the instructions under each category selection. This directory is built to differentiate between the front page of a site and particular pages of content within that site. Most categories apply only to pages within the site and not the front page. To list your front page please list it under the 'Beauty & Style Site Resources' category.
'Beauty & Style Site Resources' This is the only directory topic where the main page of a site should be listed (expcet commercial sites)
'Beauty & Style Stores' This is the only directory topic where commercial sites should be listed. Commercial sites should only list their main page and no other pages. Commercial Site Definition: For the purposes of this directory a site is considered commercial if it's primary purpose is to sell products or services.
All other categories will list only pages other than the main page of a site and will not include commercial pages.
